Am I able to cancel my order or edit my shipping address?

An order begins processing as soon as it is submitted. Once an order begins processing, we cannot cancel the order, add or remove items, or update the shipping address.
At this time, we are unable to process cancellations, item changes, or shipping address updates — including on pre-orders. Pre-orders are submitted to our warehouse and shipping partners in advance so they can be prepared for release-day delivery, which prevents us from making changes once processing has begun.

If you no longer wish to keep your order once it arrives, you may return it by following our returns process
